No. Guests just open the invite link. No app-store download, no login, no password. Access expires automatically on the check-out date.
How does the AI inventory work?
You photograph a room, a cupboard or a drawer. Our AI recognises visible objects automatically and makes them searchable. You can edit, add or delete any tag.
Which languages does Inventary support?
Over 30 languages including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese and many more. Translation runs via DeepL and is fully reviewable.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). All data is subject to GDPR. We use no Google Analytics, no tracking, no advertising cookies.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. The monthly plan can be cancelled at the end of any month, the yearly plan at the end of the term. Within the first 14 days we refund the full amount, no questions asked.
