Do my guests need an account?
No. Guests just open the invite link. No app-store download, no login, no password. Access expires automatically on the check-out date.
How do I set up my home in Inventary?
You note where things are and create info pages — Wi-Fi, house rules, manuals, local tips. Optionally document locations and items with photos. On the Pro plan, our AI analyses your photos, marks the items and automatically creates tags for you. You can edit, add or delete anything at any time.
Which languages does Inventary support?
12 languages including English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese and Chinese. Translation is automatic and fully reviewable.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany. All data is subject to GDPR. We use no Google Analytics, no tracking, no advertising cookies.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You start with a free trial — 7 days on monthly billing, 14 days on yearly. After that, the monthly plan can be cancelled at the end of any month and the yearly plan at the end of the term.
Which devices does Inventary run on?
